Obelisk International has offices in the UK, Brazil and Spain. As Obelisk International rapidly expands its Brazilian investments, opportunities to join our group of highly-specialised investment consultants arise. This group is based at Obelisk International's offices in central Marbella, the heart of the Costa del Sol.

All new investment consultants receive full training in the Obelisk concept. They are also provided with extensive information on Brazil so that they may develop and maintain profitable investment portfolios for our high net worth clients.

Consultants

Investment Consultant jobs in Spain with Obelisk International are full-time positions with working hours from Monday to Friday. A fixed monthly salary is offered with generous commission based on sales target achievements with potential for uncapped earnings.

Obelisk International occasionally has vacancies within its team of investment consultants working on the Costa del Sol. Candidates for the post of investment consultant must fit the following criteria:

Job Specifications: Successful candidates must be enthusiastic, dynamic and have accomplished communication skills. Articulate and with an excellent telephone manner, investment consultants must have natural confidence to close deals. They should also be used to dealing with high net worth clients and able to build strong business relationships. A knowledge of financial markets and property investments is a distinct advantage.

Job Qualifications: No specific qualifications are required for this job in Spain, but proof of a successful track record in sales must be provided. We also require solid references.

Job Experience: Given that investment consultants are dealing exclusively with high net worth clients, candidates must have extensive experience in a sales position, ideally telesales.

Consultants

Obelisk International currently requires a Client Services Co-ordinator. This is a full-time position in the company's Marbella office.

Job Specifications: The client services co-ordinator will be in charge of liaison between clients and staff, and be required to co-ordinate and monitor the sales process for both new and existing clients. You will also deal with enquiries from clients and be expected to respond efficiently and promptly to client requests for updates and information.

Job Requirements: The post requires a hard-working and highly-organised individual. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential as you will be corresponding with clients by telephone and email on a daily basis.

Job Qualifications: Efficient computer skills. The ability to speak Spanish is an advantage.

Job Experience: Candidates should have experience in a similar position and also have worked in an administrative post.

With a marketing and business background, Chris Green has almost a decade of experience in the real estate investment sector. As Obelisk Project Manager, he brings together his extensive knowledge of real estate development and marketing with his skills in business and finance. He is key in project management and building relationships with developers in Brazil and works closely with Obelisk's CEO.

Steve Tatlock - Financial Director of Obelisk UK

Steve Tatlock is a chartered accountant and CEO of Northline Business Consultants in the UK and Financial Director of Obelisk UK. Steve specialises in bespoke financial and business strategies, and corporate financial advice and services for high net worth clients worldwide. Joining Obelisk in 2008 in an initial advisory role, he has since assisted in managing Obelisk UK business. Steve brings an extensive network of high profile UK contacts to the Obelisk Team.
