Jagoda Villas: The Project

Varna is located in the east of Bulgaria, along the Black Sea coast, and is one of the most vital economic and tourist centres of the country. It boasts both beach resorts and cultural attractions such as art galleries, museums and architecture to rival cities such as Sofia, while also being a gateway to the quiet, scenic parts of the coast.

Varna, the capital city of Varna Province, and the region as a whole is attracting massive investment due to the number of international golf and hotel resorts and tourist amenities being developed in the area. Accessibility to Varna is also easy from within Bulgaria - Hemus Air Company operates flights between Sofia and Varna with around four to five Sofia/Varna and Varna/Sofia flights available per day in the summer. There are also two large motorways currently under construction between Sofia and Varna, while the 'Cherno More' motorway is planned to connect Varna and Bourgas.

Varna and the area surrounding it are currently enjoying a massive transformation due to the many investment projects coming to the area and the improvements and amenities that they bring. Projects include high-class seaside golf courses and resorts on the Black Sea, one of which is located very near to Varna and is being backed by the Sofia-based company 3G. Another is an F1 racing circuit being built in the area, which has an investment backing of over €15 million.

The build size of each villa is 145m², including balcony space. The living area of each villa is 123.8m². The size of the ground floor of the villa is 38m²; the first floor is 51.8m²; the second floor is 34m².

The specification of all features is of the highest quality. The walls of the building are reinforced concrete construction with Greek brick. The roof is terracotta tiled. The entrance has a UPVC door with laminated flooring within. The kitchen has a stainless steel sink, eye and base level units, worktop, electric cooker and extractor fan, all meeting European Standards. The living room and bedroom floors, and bathroom floors and walls, are European ceramic or a similar product; the living room and bedroom walls and ceilings are cement plaster with European Standard water-based paint. The bathroom fixtures and ceramics are European Standard or a similar product, and the bathroom is fitted with a shower stall and bathtub. All piping is European Standard, or similar. The interior doors are panel doors; the windows have white PVC frames.

The terrace has iron pipe railings with floors of European Standard, or similar. The common areas include watering taps for garden areas and walking paths of cement pavers. The complex has stone boundary walls and retaining walls in the garden where necessary.
