Jagoda Villas: The Project

Varna is located in the east of Bulgaria, along the Black Sea coast, and is one of the most vital economic and tourist centres of the country. The build size of each villa is 145m², including balcony space. The living area of each villa is 123.8m². The size of the ground floor of the villa is 38m²; the first floor is 51.8m²; the second floor is 34m².

The specification of all features is of the highest quality. The walls of the building are reinforced concrete construction with Greek brick. The roof is terracotta tiled. The entrance has a UPVC door with laminated flooring within. The kitchen has a stainless steel sink, eye and base level units, worktop, electric cooker and extractor fan, all meeting European Standards. The living room and bedroom floors, and bathroom floors and walls, are European ceramic or a similar product; the living room and bedroom walls and ceilings are cement plaster with European Standard water-based paint.
